Things that motivate me: 1. Good leading example by performing and showing how to perform daily tasks and anything comes up as needed. 2. Forgiveness for errors and mistakes, and encourage people to not be afraid of making mistakes and errors. 3. Servant who does things other people do not want to, and make people become self-starters. 4. When a problem comes up, analyze the problem thoroughly and determine root cause and help determine the counter measures. 5. When ask anyone for anything, clarify the reasons why and when you need it and ask how you can help them provide you with what you want. 6. Come in earlier than anyone else and leave later than anyone else and say things like thank you for your service for today every day. 7. Stay calm and be a good listener, instead of keeping your mouth open all the time. This will make people want to consult more and more, and create an environment for open and honest discussions. This could encourage people to come up with possible solutions when they bring up problems. 8. Judgmental-lessness
