Think Ive shared this before, however, I make one very similar to this only leave the skins on and it is delicious. You might want to give it a try. Oh yes, I also have made mine in a bundt pan and sprinkle a little sugar on top (or not) to give it a more crunchy taste, you can even add a light vanilla buttercream frosting in place of the granulated sugar topping. Mmmmm good! Plain or decked out, it is ALL good!
