Think Long Term It’s easy to make excuses for not going to the gym or to the fitness class you’ve signed up for because you’re tired, or because your friend isn’t going, or because the dog ate your sweatbands. But think about how you’ll feel tomorrow, next week, next month or next year if you keep going. Not only are there the physical benefits of exercise (running can reduce your risk of osteoporosis in later life, and exercise can reduce your risk of many chronic diseases, such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes and stroke) but there is evidence that exercise can lower stress levels and help with depression. So what are you waiting for? I can help get your mojo back,so if you need a good mojo chat and training session, give me a call and book one! 07801272255 I am here but you need to be as well. RaneX
