Think back to this summer and the big production of intense safety - TopicsExpress

Think back to this summer and the big production of intense safety precautions used to bring the 2 Ebola stricken American missionaries to Emory Hospital in Atlanta. They were transferred for treatment there because it is one of only 5 specialized biocontainment units in the entire country, that the authorities touted, could contain the Ebola virus. The Ebola patients were transported on small private jets outfitted with a special, portable tents designed for transporting patients with highly infectious diseases that can only hold one person at a time. They then were taken by ambulance with similar safety precautions and then only entered the hospital in Biohazard suits, in transit to the special isolation unit. However, the current Ebola patient in Dallas had NO SAFETY precautions of any kind whatsoever. The Ebola virus was free to shed in the ambulance, in the E.R. waiting room and back in the actual E.R, exposing staff, visitors and other patients. Yet the CDC is feeding the gullible American public that there is no doubt we will control this case of Ebola. As exemplified from the elaborate precautions required with the missionaries treated at Emory, this new case, from the very beginning, has been out of control.
