Think before u judge someone who looks fine to you. People dont understand the pain of invisible illness. regardless if they have been sick for years, or will be for the rest of their lifes, the fight is never easy and only gets harder. The depression and anxiety that comes with invisible illness is almost unbearable! Most days its a struggle to get out of bed, most days its scary leaving my house, its a constant fight in the mind to even go to work or hang out with friends. Most people dont understand how much of a luxury it is to even go out for dinner whilst being chronically sick. If u see someone parking in a disabled park that looks normal, dont be too quick to judge as they might only have 30 seconds to make it to a bathroom, You cant judge what you cant see or havnt personally experienced. Please understand that if a person who is chronically sick even attempts to go out and see you, they highly value your friendship because that could be the most embarrassing experience of their life! Im lucky to have friends like yall who have been supportive, just wish others fighting this fight had all the same! Stay strong yall and care for those suffering 24 hours a day, 7 days a week....
