Think i will give her my credit card; she charged much less than my wife! 08/05/2013 - JAIL INMATE RECEIVES ADDITIONAL CHARGE Rachel Kathleen Mackercher A Mountain Home woman, already in the county jail on various charges, was served with a bench warrant charging her with opening a credit card in the name of another person and then making charges on that account. Rachel Kathleen Mackercher, 33 years of age, is alleged to have opened a credit card in April, 2013 and then making charges on that card in the amount of $325.41 at various merchants. The victim learned of the fraud and contacted the Sheriff’s Office. Investigators obtained a warrant, which was served on Mackercher for the felony offense of Financial Identity Fraud. Bond on this charge is $5,000, and she made a court appearance on August 1st in Circuit Court. She remains in the county jail on several previous charges as well. /s/ John F.
