Think on this... Imagine youre on a little fishing boat in the middle of a lake. The sun is beaming down on you compelling you to sweat. Youve got two lines in the water. No one else is out there on the water. Youve been there long enough for patience to turn into a hint of frustration. Its been a few hours. First you said to yourself, perhaps the fish are sleeping. But now youre beginning to doubt if there are any fish in this lake at all. Something in you says just another five minutes while something else tells you pack it up, nothing is going to bite. Meanwhile... back on the edge of the lake a young boy throws a pebble into the water that scatters a school of small fish beneath the lakes surface. The small school scatters and one fish swims right into the path of a larger fish. The larger fish begins to chase after the small fish. The small fish desperately swims fast and far. Yet the larger fish unrelentingly pursues it. That is until it notices a helpless worm wiggling in the water. It breaks from pursuing the small fish and heads full speed toward the helpless worm. It bites!! However, with the bite it finds that something has pierced into its mouth. Meanwhile, above the water, right as you are preparing to give up you feel a tugging on you line. You reel and pull and reel and pull to discover the biggest catch of your life. Hmmm. I want to encourage you my fb friends and family. 1)Dont quit... because you dont know what God is working under the water. 2) The Lord can do with a pebble what you cant do with a boat. 3) The Lord can take someone Elses pebble and your worm and use it to save a fish and feed a man. So the next time you feel discouraged because nothing is moving in your life remember just because you cant see anything moving doesnt mean that God is not!!!! And start praising him for the Pebbles in your life!!! Now bless the Lord and think on this!!!!!
