Thinking Right back ,.!!...to 2010..when I approached my sis in Christ Elenoa Ralulu from Soqosoqo Vakamarama office to help decide wat project best suit my Banaban Women on Rabi that would be sustainable and help make a difference in their lives for the world of Difference program...she told me vco production.. so we both agreed..and regardless of her busy schedule I kept pestering her to write up the proposal while I went knocking at sponsors door as who can sponsor the VC0 workshop...eventually NZ Embassy opened its door and was happy to fund $15,000.00 to assist such workshop/project...Fund was approved and was transfered to Rabi Council bank account as the women did not have a bank account then...same time things were organised and I returned to Rabi in time to start my contract with Vodafone /ath fiji Foundation World of Difference program.. .same time Marlie Rota was appointed ED for Rabi Council and was very supportive to the project..and Elenoa was consultant for the 1 weel vco workshop at Rabi..this evening I take the opportunity to salute n kindly acknowledge these 2 ladies for contributing to success of the VC0 project on Rabi...now our factory has been established to sustain the project thru The hardwork and Support of Marlie Rota too... U 2 will always be remembered by the Women of Rabi and be missed by me your faraway sister...
