Thinking about New Years resolutions. As always, fitness is on the list, including, you guessed it, weight loss. I over indulge after marathon training and it has caught up as usual. Also, this year I did not hit a 1,000 miles for the year. It think its somewhere about 800, as my nike plus watch has only synced about 750. I am shelving the full marathon this year, and am just gonna try a fast half in October. I think a pr would be about 1:47. This year, my mantra is going to be balance. Which also includes continuing the trend of minimal amounts of cable news. I want to play more kickball. And finally, I need to eat more raw fruits and veggies. Have a blessed 2015, yall!
