Thinking about my pawpaw this morning. How I miss him. 2 years ago this month heaven gained an amazing angel. I struggled a lot. Couldnt talk to God. Knew He was comforting me tho. Felt His arms of grace and mercy around me through every tear.. We took the youth to the ramp that year like we always do. We made it back to our church in time for New Years celebrating with our Crossroads family. Well even with a God pack spirit filled conference like the ramp, I still struggled on the inside. My pawpaw was cremated. Oh all the questions that I could share with u but anyway... Before midnight, at church, we had a praise and worship service and this song come on. God grabbed a hold of my heart and He didnt let go. I know He turned his ashes into beauty, I know His grace and mercy held me those few weeks as I struggled. And God brought me back to where I needed to be. When u struggle. God hasnt left you. Hes right there. Its ok to be still. This song means alot to me and I smile knowing my pawpaw is right there beside Jesus. Watching over us every step of the way.. Sorry for the long post but had to share this song.
