Thinking ahead - does anyone have any interest in buying fresh, organic produce that is locally grown? I mean 100% organic (cause the stuff that you buy at the store actually isnt. . .). What produce would you like to be able to purchase? What prices would you pay for say, 5 lbs of yellow/red/russet potatoes? Tomatoes? Heads of lettuce? A dozen carrots? etc What are some produce items you would LOVE to be able to buy but cant find? (For instance, Nutri-red carrots are AMAZING cooking carrots - I have NEVER seen these in any store) . . .Would you also prefer to buy stuff like pickles, jams, pie fillings, canned veggies, etc from a local source? My garden last year, and this year produced amazing vegetables, many of my neighbors have had the chance to try a lot of what I grew and enjoyed it all, so I am confident enough to consider my options of making this into a business next year. Any feed back would be appreciated :-)
