Wildlife is in the public trust...changed from England times that the king owned the wildlife... remember Robin Hood ? 2. Prohibition in commerce of dead wildlife...such as Ivory. 3. Allocation of wildlife is by law. 4. There is opportunity for all. 5. Non frivolous use. 6. Recognizes International Resources....such as migrat birds. 7. Managed by Science. Now if I can remember all this for a test tomorrow....Im good ! Studying, studying, studying........ :)
