Thinking back on the FaceBook statuses this year; most of you should have had the 4-Ghost Tour rather than the slightly creepy visit from the rotund gentleman in the red suit with a sack full of goodies.....I hope that you all have everything you wished for under the tree this morning and that the sight of the eyes of your loved ones lighting up as they open your gifts makes the battle down the High Street, or the RSI from the mouse clicks worth it...for those of you with kids; I hope they let you lie-in until at least 06:00 before waking you up to either tell you excitedly that an old man with white hair has been in their bedroom, and they heard a strange jangling, or by their sneaking back into the house after spending a Christmas Eve living the life you once had before they came along... For those of you asking for World Peace, an end to Famine and disease, or love to all Mankind - you may want to check in the bottom of your stocking for a gift receipt.. For the rest of you, have a very Happy Christmas and may today be everything you hope for; even if it is a few sweet sherries, a dried up old bird with dodgy stuffing making a speech; the Bond Film and the sound of snoring coming from armchairs with a lingering whiff of stale Brussels Sprouts...
