Thinking today alot, they are a couple of views of what the church is in our america culture. One is that the place (building) where believers gather at their appointed times is only for the saved, they believe the church should go out and lead people into a relationship with Christ and then they are welcome to come to their place of meeting( their building). The other view is that the meeting place (building) where we are to get people there to hear the gospel, while i dont disagree with either particular method, i do see that we can actually take from both types and win alot of souls for the kingdom. It is my understanding of the Gospel that we are all sick, some know they are and others dont know it yet, Jesus said that those who are not sick dont need a doctor..... Jesus loved sinners, he was surrounded by sinners ( sick folk) , he made a point to go reach them and use whatever skills necessary (methods) to catch sick people, then he spent time delivering that meds they needed to recover. so.............. our place of meeting( church building) should be like a hospital, A hospital is fully staffed with people who have the knowledge to lead their sick people to recovery, when people become sick your realize they are they go to a doctor to receive help so that they can get better. So it is the heart of Living Waters to be likened unto a hospital, we offer a place (building) that is comfortable, relaxing, stress free, where you can come and receive healing for your sickness and to bring people to the place that we have a sickness and need healing, sick people go to healthy people to get better, Sick ( Sinners) people need to hang out with Healthy (followers of Christ) people and then guess what we introduce them to the Great Physician (JESUS) and then the once sick people are healed they go back into their life carrying the message of the Cross to their family and coworkers and they will recommend the same hospital and Great Physician that was introduced to them!
