Third Project Rehab of LEAP Foundation – Cable/Rope/Wooden Bridge to connect Village Chilond to Jaal Talla in Rudraprayag District to the mainland and over the River Kali Ganga; benefit 1,500 villagers who anyhow will walk about 12 Km to the main motor-able road after crossing this bridge; the existing bridges have been washed away; no relief is reaching them. The new bridge shall be strong enough to carry men, material and animals; 100 meter span; should last for about 3-4 years; ready within the next 15 days; our volunteers and labour will walk upto 15 Km from the main road with the supplies to reach the bridge making point; Estimated Cost Rs 2.00 Lakhs; Livelihood Rehab shall follow this Bridge; we remain committed to help.
