Thirteen years ago today, you came into this world in silence. They whisked you away and busily worked on you in the corner. Finally, a GIANT cry let me know you were okay.....and you havent stopped since! The world was still rocked by 9/11, and the television had JUST returned to normal programming. I remember thinking how lucky I was to be bringing you into this world when so many had just been lost. You frustrate me more than I ever thought possible, and some days I want to scream because you really know how to push my buttons. But then you say something so funny and smile your handsome smile, and all of those feelings go away. You are my pain, my joy, my impulsive boy, and I love you to the moon and back. Happy 13th buddy! And on a side note...may someone please watch over Mike and me... I think its gonna be a crazy few years!
