This 1986 Sportster is partially done now.... Its been sitting for 25 years in the back of his garage... its now time to get it rolling again.... From sitting so long it needs a lot of care to get her back to reliable.... This carb was nearly unsalvageable but we were able to bring it back to life. The ignition system was fried and needed to be replaced. We installed a new crane hi-4 system for great reliability and performance. We needed to fully clean out the brake lines, clean the masters, pump and flush the fluids. We just need to repair a broken carb flange, reassemble the bike and tune it in. Once step 1 has been completed we will be onto the next step with fresh rubber.
