This 3 ½ month old puppy was rescued from a family that kept him around to laugh at him because “he walks like he is drunk”. He was often kicked and mistreated because of his condition. They were getting ready to have him put to sleep or take him out into the woods and be left to starve and die all alone. He has Cerebellar Hypoplasia where his brain didn’t fully form. With physical therapy, a dog cart and lots of love this little one can live a good life. We need to transport him across the country (by plane) to a home which we be able to provide him 24 hour / 7 days a week care and the best physical therapy in a state of the art medical facility.
