This Airline has SCAMMED me. They have STOLEN 800 euros from me. Here is the story. We booked a flight out of Bangkok. We received confirmation and passenger information. Upon arrival to Bangkok following a 20 hour journey, we were told our booking had an error and as they had no customer service desk in Asia, we had to phone Norway to find out what had happened. We were told that there was suspicion regarding the card we used and that we were denied boarding. They did not contact us to inform us of this and after speaking with the accounts department we were informed no money had been taken and the only thing we could do was to book another flight. My plans were disrupted and we not only missed our connection flight for which there is no refund (200euros), but the cost of loss of earnings, hotels, food and the inconvenience we were caused. However upon returning home with another airline it becomes evident that they had in fact charged us for this flight we were denied access to. Now after lengthy talks with their customer dis service center (I was hung up on!) Im told that a refund will only be issued after I have completed a return form with Visa sent it to them and after weeks of consideration will a refund be possible. However the catch is first I must obtain proof that we were not aboard the flight which requires their customer relations dept to respond to my mails requesting this proof. I must take time out of my working day again suffering a loss of earnings to unwind the mess they have put me in. They have taken money and provided no service - TOTALLY ILLEGAL. Duplicate my experience a few thousand times and a nice addition to their yearly profits becomes evident. They have offered not just no compensation for this but offer zero assistance in refunding the money they have stolen. I am forced to take this further legally out of principle. I will be re posting this message all over the web and social media platforms hoping they can contact me to rectify this issue with initially a refund of MY money and then compensation for this terrible experience with what can at this stage only appear to be a CRIMINAL organisation.
