This August 2014, Royal Engineers, Danny Hirst and Josh Conway embarked on ‘Run 2 Recovery’, a huge challenge to run between each of Combat Stress three Treatment Centres. They ended up running a total of 424 miles in just 10 days, starting at our Tyrwhitt House Centre in Surrey, via Audley Court in Shropshire, and finishing at Hollybush House in Scotland. Both Danny and Josh are currently serving in the UK Armed Forces and were inspired to support Combat Stress, following the tragic loss of a close friend.
