This Bible lay on my Father n law Toms, night stand for many, many years before he passed away. I know he cherished it, as John Hunter and I will. What may mean so little to others means so much...This Bible is very, very Old. The detail of it, is incredible, yes its showing its age, and unable to locate a date, but inside the bible was a letter from a sister to her brother, precious words were written.. I cant tell all my feelings at this time, but she is gone gone forever from us, now as we morn her, let us have an eye of faith to God who does all things in his will, this leaves the balance of connection with us Its so heart warming to see this letter Dated Sept 23rd, 1898, 116 years ago. This is amazing to us,we look at technology today, and its all well and good, and then come upon a letter....from a sister to a brother...and by what we can make of the letter it looks as though their sister had passed away, so they communicated in writing about getting thru it and having faith in God. To some this means nothing, To Us, everything...because it was something to Tom.
