This CNA is in a very tough, and unfortunately a very common, situation. Any advice for her? ~ CNA Angels >>I need advice...I currently am working night shift on the the rehab unit of a ltc facility. We have a patient who is in her right frame of mind but is constantly telling her son how we wont take her to the bathroom, wont answer her call light, and that we keep hurting her!!! She has her call light on around every 2 minutes...literally.... Her son has went on several rampages..he expects us to be at his mothers beck and call 24/7!! He has scared several patients while yelling at nurses and aides...using a very aggressive manner. We have followed our chain of command, but nothing is being done..we dont want to lose our licenses because of them but more importantly, our other patients are at most getting basic care!! We are at a loss of what we should do
