This Christmas, Ian Bedford shocked and delighted me with the most thoughtful gift Ive ever received: Two tickets to the long-ago sold out James Taylor concert at Fenway Park. This is why I look forward to 2015, even as I lay here in bed with the Migraine Monster slashing and beating at my brain. Ians kindness reminded me that there are still surprises around the corner, adventures to be had, and that I can still be thankful for all the things I am able to do in spite of my chronic migraines. I have things to look forward to and people who care about me as much as I care about them. And thats not a bad note to end the year on. Not bad at all.
