This Christmas .... This Christmas , give someone the gift of listening without judgement or interruption - what it will do for the other person is more valuable than any object This Christmas, let others be right - is it worth picking a battle that will have a negative result? This Christmas, focus on the good in people and allow them to have their weaknesses (as they do of yours) This Christmas, dont worry about how much you can afford to spend on people, be honest with yourself as to what you have spare This Christmas, eat and drink to your hearts content (without guilt ! :) This Christmas, allow yourself permission to be human - people, presents, burnt foods !! Dont sweat over matters that dont really matter This Christmas, go easy on someone if they get you a gift that makes you think theyve been tight or havent made any effort - is it really worth getting annoyed over such a small matter? Christmas is a wonderful time to spend with the people we love but often it can turn in to the most stressful time of the year It really neednt be if we stick to some basic principles and remember to keep a smile on our face !!
