This Christmas was one I will never forget while I enjoyed spending time with my family my wife received a phone call you never want to get. A social worker from the hospital calls and said my mother in law was in an accident and we need to get to the hospital now because she is in ICU. No other information given to us we arrive at the hospital and get escorted up to the waiting room waiting for the doctor to come out and let us know what is going on. We find out she was thrown between 20-30 feet, has a broken ankle, some bleeding on the brain, a fractured elbow, and a laceration on her spleen. When we saw the picture of the impact between her and the windshield of the car all I could think of is But God... In less than 72 hours all her vital signs are stable, bleeding on the brain is stable, her surgery to repair her ankle and elbow was successful this morning... I said all of that to say this as you reflect over 2014 and look towards 2015 it was somethings that should have taken you out But God had an alternate plan. When people said it didnt look good But God made a way to put everything back into place for a unexpected RECOVERY that man cant explain but only say BUT GOD!!!!!
