This Church has a brilliant way of manipulating the scripture to gain your interest. They speak some truth and they know the right things to say but they dont do them. They remind me of what Christ said concerning the Pharisees: They say and do not. Their doctrine is all in the name of their CHURCH. They will tell you; there is only one CHURCH: And that Church is the CHURCH OF CHRIST. This is a perfectly true statement. Therefore it is the perfect statement to use to manipulate and deceive you into believing that their Church is the one true Church that Christ said He would build. I must say they also did well in picking the perfect name for their church. The problem is the true Church that belongs to Christ is not recognized by a name. Let me explain. They will tell you that there are over 38000 Churches with different names and they all promote division. But what they will not tell you is that theirs is one of them. All churches are divided by NAMES, including The Church of Christ. The only difference between theirs and the others; is that they picked a good name (The Church of Christ) And they use that name to manipulate and deceive you. Here is something I want you to take note of in the words of Paul in 1 Corinthians 1:12 Now this I say, that every one of you saith, I am of Paul; and I of Apollos; and I of Cephas; and I of Christ. Notice Christ is mention in these names that causes division. This lets us know that we should not use the name of Christ in a way that causes division: Which is exactly what the Church of Christ has done. For there is no verse in scripture whereby Christ said the Church He would build would be given a name. And there is no verse that says is His Church is to be called the Church of Christ: Not ONE! So is the Church of Christ any different than the Churches they condemn? In the corporate world, businesses come of with NAMES, and then they register their names with the state to seal the name as their Registered Trademark. This is necessary in the world, because there are many corporate businesses and they all are divided. They are divided for one reason: They each have an authoritative figure who desires to be more powerful than the other. They all have a thirst for power and their own agenda to advance. And every Church with its own name is no different. Each have authoritative figures called PASTORS who promotes their own Church and have their own doctrine. For example: The doctrine of the Seven Day Adventist is the Sabbath: The doctrine of the Jehovah Witness is the name Jehovah. The doctrine of the Church of Christ is the name of the Church. No Church with its own name promotes the KINGDOM OF GOD. But what if the business world was not DIVIDED? Would registered trademarks be necessary? Are what if Churches were not divided, would names (Which are nothing but trademarks) be necessary? Church of Christ; your name is your registered trademark and you use that name to deceive people into believing you are the true Church. Does the Church that Christ said He would build have a trademark? The Church that Christ said He would build does have a trademark and it is not a name. It is the Holy Spirit. 2 Timothy 2:19 Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. Question: How is it that the Lord Knows them that are His? Ephesians 4:30 Says they that are His are sealed by His SPIRIT. Romans 8:16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: Therefore this name doctrine of yours is unscriptural.
