This Friday, ZELA participated in a discussion on a Tax Justice campaign that shall be running soon and coordinated under one of its partners ACTIONAID.. It is through Tax that as a country we will raise enough resources to carter for our needs today and that of our children tomorrow. We shall share more on this campaign. Lets ponder over the weekend on our demands to government, Part of the campaign’s demands are: • End all harmful tax incentives; • Revise treaties; • Close tax loopholes in national laws; • Be part of the of the tax justice Agenda Internationally; • Publish transparent tax raise and spend reports.
