This Government’s housing policy is hammering Regional New Zealand, including many communities across Ikaroa-Rāwhiti. Whanau have been relocated, and finding affordable housing is a concern of these communities. This will be further impacted by the Government’s intention to sell off state housing in many small centres. Labour will fix the housing crisis and restore the Kiwi dream of home ownership.
