This IMO is a model programmatic document: analyzing the nature of the crisis; characterizing the response of diverse political actors to it; laying out a set of transitional demands which can take the working class and its allies beyond the cycle of isolated general or sectoral strikes; tactical proposals for united fronts; and a clear and unashamed call for workers and allies to seize power, destroy the bourgeois state, and build a state of their own. I know revolutionaries in other countries experiencing uprisings have programs of their own covering the same ground: a comparison of them is much needed -- as is, on that basis, international collaboration in the struggle to implement these programs.
