This Is NO Big Deal!! Under Arnhim Eustace, only the NDP can split the NDP. After all, he was handed a dead party around the time when a deal of some sort was struck: Sir James and Gonsalves. Basically, the nation of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines was bartered between them. Interestingly, not even the ODD whom it is alleged initiated the Road Block Revolution that led to these negotiations was a part of brokering that deal. What we now know - only with hindsight - is that we jumped out of the red, hot frying pan (corruption) straight into a blazing red fire (corruption at its extreme in SVG). So, is it difficult to see the connection between the Unity Labour Party and the new party that is coming on stream on August 8? Absolutely not!! and quick off the mark is the question: what became of the farcical Ottley Hall Inquiry? By August 8, we will all be ready with some probing questions and watchful eyes on the key players in both parties: the ULP and the New One Under Sir James.. Also, how different is this to the NDP that was set up to undermine another blackman, Sir Robert Milton Cato?
