Works with senior members to establish priorities and resolve open issues. Ensures timely and quality responses. · Reviews, edits, codes, batches and enters Accounts Payable related- transaction using a PC. · Performs transactions in multiple ERPs / financial systems · Handles internal customers vendor inquires, regarding status of payments and invoices. Resolutions require detailed knowledge of applicable financial systems and proactive follow through. · Supports management in information gathering. · This position may also receive special assignments and projects. · Functions as team member for accounts payable continuous improvement projects · Ability to communicate effectively within team and to internal customers · Follows established accounts payable procedures · Responsible for specific account reconciliation · Audits activity reports and identifies and hi-lights financial trends that requires further analysis and bring to the attention of the supervisor. · Analyzes and resolves unusual problems by determining alternate solutions. · Supports plants for accounts payable function · Supports management as needed
