This JOKER said The law exists beyond what is in the books...While..lawyers..look for the law and point it out to the Court, its the Court that finds the law...Invalid and unconstitutional laws remain on the books until set aside by the Court. Who the JOKER thinks he is to determine that any laws as invalid & unconstitutional when no Court has judged them so or set them aside??? And who cares whether the JOKER supports or otherwise any of those laws which are still in the books??? No court has said that The Sedition Act tries to circumvent the Constitution on free speech. Lets not pre-judge. The ...intention of the founding fathers, the intention of the framers of the Constitution and the intention of Parliament, pertaining to any LAWS, are for the COURT TO DETERMINE and not for this lay-being like this JOKER. No LAWS in the books are deemed invalid and unconstitutional until so judged by the Court. This JOKER should study the LAWS properly.
