This Mum wants your advice.... My husband has a snoring problem which he has refused to acknowledged even though I have alerted him several times. I recorded him one time and played it to him but he still didnt believe he was the one doing that. I was able to cope with it initially becauase I woke him up several times in the night for him to change his sleeping positions and it worked but for sometime now it has gotten worse and the change in position dont seem to work anymore. He has refused to see a doctor too. He is an active man, exercise every morning and he is not over weight. I cant sleep so please how do help him and myself.
