This NUMBNUT without COJONES of any kind...now wants to spend $500 million of U.S. taxpayers money to help the Syrian rebels? Now who might those rebels be El Presidente Obama? It seems that after 175,000 Syrians have died in the last two years, millions of refugees, and several red-lines crossed...you are a day late and $500 million dollars short. This is all political grandstanding and has nothing to with wanting to help the Syrians...that boat left the harbor and sailed long ago. More than likely it is a way to give then Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, some political cover in her quest for the presidency...in this yet another foreign policy fiasco. She did not lift a finger when this uprising started and when the U.S. could have had a real impact on the Syrian outcome...and spared the lives of thousands of Syrians. I suspect that Obama and Hillary are hoping that Republicans in Congress say NO to this taxpayer money request...so they can blame them for not doing anything.
