This Saturday, August 24, we will be at Fresh52 @ Tivoli Village, Saturday, 8AM til 1PM, 302 S. Rampart, Las Vegas, NV 89145 (Inside the Walk In – follow the signs). NOTE - the Walk In on the next road over, next to the Pizza place. INSIDE. The other vendors have moved to a new location, but we will still be INSIDE the same building. In the air conditioning. We have glycerin/herb soaps ($3 each) We will be bringing: Dandelion greens, sorrel, arugula, sunflower and radish greens, corn shoots, micro arugula, micro spicy mix, micro mild mix, wheatgrass, edible flowers, bay leaves, onion chives, garlic chives, cutting celery, mint, Apple mint, English mint, grapefruit mint, lemon mint, orange mint, peppermint, pineapple mint, oregano, Italian oregano, Greek oregano, Italian flat leaf parsley, rosemary, sage, Berggarden sage, English thyme and lemon thyme, lemon verbena . . . plus summer squash, and chilies. Come early for squash blossoms. Please note that the basil season is coming to an end. Come early for the specialty basil. We will have large bags of basil, for pesto. Now is the time to stock up and make a big batch of pesto to freeze. We are taking out basil plants and are planting fall vegetables. We will be bringing herbal vinegars and herb blends.
