This Saturday I was not only very very lucky to get ITV guests tickets to go to Splash where Tom Daley is diving and my daughter diving coach also. But to meet (even if very briefly) Richard Whitehead, gold paralympic runner in the 200m (this guy is a flying angel) . I watched him climb without his prosthetic legs all the way to the top of the 10m board and perform an arm stand dive from 10m! Well after that, I will never let the shadows of M.E. and tiredness limit me I can assure you. Richard is just oozing the incredible joy of being unlimited! And guess what, he has 2 angels tattooed on his back!
