This Saturday at 11 am, Once again Family Fit Club. There will not be Cardio Kick Boxing this weekend. POWER HOUR BOOT CAMP AT 11 EXTREME FITNESS AT 12 STARTING At 1pm M.E.C.S.& FAMILY FITNESS CENTER is conducting a Youth Anti Bully Stranger Danger and Conflict Resolution series then MMA self defense as a last resort . All ages welcome. AND AT THE SAME TIME Women Self Defense will take place on the main floor. The 2 classes are an on going series . the cost is $10 for the day (non members) $5 per day for members and $25 per Family . Proceeds go into the fundraisers.
