This Saturday night is our last Celebrity Chef Dinner Party this year! This has been so wonderful for us, the chefs and are wonderful patrons, it has also benefited 10 charities in Mineral and Allegany County! Dinah Courrier is our Chef November 15! Dinah is well known in the Keyser and Cumberland area for her philanthropic endeavors, her love of education and learning and her love for her family and friends! This is where the cooking comes in to play...cooking for her large and extended family! Her charity is Food For Thought which provides weekend and holiday food packs to over 270 children in local schools. It is operated and is supported by community volunteers. Her menu is as follows and will be served from 4:00-10.00 Saturday, November 15th! Appetizers: Three Mushroom Soup Stuffed Campari Tomatoes with Spinach, Boursin Cheese and Pecans Entree: Aunt Nells Pot Roast Served with roasted potatoes, carrots and onions. Seafood Newburgh Shrimp, Crab and Lobster with Sherry Sauce served over Puff Pastry Baked Chicken Marsala over Mashed Potatoes Pumpkin and Marscarpone Ravioli with Alfredo Sauce Make reservations now for this wonderful event! Our Celebrity Chef Dinners are every last Saturday of the month and will continue in January, 2015 with Sushi and Asian Cuisine!
