This Shit is because of the Loop Holes In the Constitution The Constitution of India is the supreme law of India. It lays down the framework defining fundamental political principles, establishes the structure, procedures, powers, and duties of government institutions, and sets out fundamental rights, directive principles, and the duties of citizens. It is the longest[1] written constitution of any sovereign country in the world, containing 448[Note 1] articles in 22 parts, 12 schedules and 118 amendments. The Constitution follows parliamentary system of government and the executive is directly accountable to legislature. Article 74 provides that there shall be a Prime Minister of India as the head of government. It also states that there shall be a President of India and a Vice-President of India under Articles 52 and 63. Unlike the Prime Minister, the President largely performs ceremonial roles. Comment of a Common Man: Did Ambedkar Could Not Foreseen that The prime Minister Could be a Servant of A Leading Party President! What if A Prime Minister takes decisions which will help only to his Party, But Not For the Nation. In this Case who saves the Country from the Leading Party! Answer for this Question is Yes, he did. That is Why Govt needs to take Presidents Approval on Any decision it makes. But Who elects a President! The President who is a Hard-core Follower of the Ruling Party, How much Justice can we expect from Him. If Really President is God of Justice Would Prime Minister dare to Send the Ordinance to shield convicted lawmakers to President! There is no Surprising thing that President could not speak a word on that Ordinance before or After. The pity is That the Vice President of a Political Party(Congress) Proves Himself Stronger than President. If This is not been withdrawn by the Government Itself I have no Doubt President would have signed it by now. A Common Man feels All This Shit is because of the Loop Holes In the Constitution And It needs a 10,000 Amendments.
