This Sunday...Supported Yoga with Nancy Ryan This 90 minute class is perfect for anyone who wishes to gently and gradually increase flexibility, recover from injury or reduce persistent back pain.... Seated and supine postures are used exclusively during class, supports are used with each pose to help students achieve proper alignment often prevented by inflexibility or previous injuries, and become relaxed in the pose. The sequence of poses are designed to relieve stiffness in the knees and ankles benefiting the arches of the foot; tone your core (muscles of the pelvis, abdomen and back); lengthen hamstrings, lengthen and tone muscles of the spine increasing flexibility and reducing strain of the neck and back. Use your class pass or pay drop in fee ($15)
