This Sunday @ the tan, the warrior fitness team will visit beast mode! Here is what is on the warrior menu. 3.75km lap around the scenic botanical gardens, with 10 push-ups every 100mtrs. Hill sprints and squats x6 Bump back drives up the hill Boxing push ups, up hill Then run across to aamii park for the penrith test and Californias. 10x shuttle sprints 15mtrs 6x6 pull up and push ups. All this will be completed without rest. This is a very physically demanding session, but its what separates us from other person training sessions. WARRIOR FITNESS BEAST MODE.
