This Sweatshout Out goes to Jim Boruta, Emma Glass and Elijah Scott Handelsman. This morning when I started my workout my a.s. ( ankylosing spondylitis) was acting up. I was in pain and almost walked out of the gym without being able to do any exercises. We worked through a couple exercises and found some things that didnt hurt. Needless to say- an hour later I was dripping sweat, and had an amazing workout. Jim, Emma and Elijah hung in there with me.
