This Thursday, November 7th at 3pm in council chambers the Corp of Engineers will hold a public meeting to discuss the eroding of the bank at Nitro city park. This meeting will give citizens the opportunity to give input and look at recreational ideas for the improved riverbank area. The ideas presented at this meeting will provide insight for the COE in developing the final plans. Please plan on attending this important meeting, the eroding of the bank is threatening our City park and must be addressed.
