This Tropical Coconut Poke Cake is a must try for Spring and Summer parties... Ingredients Tropical Pound Cake Mix add to cart ¾ cup (1½ sticks) melted butter 1 cup water ⅔ cup sweetened condensed milk ⅔ cup coconut milk 8 oz. whipped topping ½ cup flaked coconut for garnish (see tip for toasting) Directions Preheat oven to 350°. Combine first 3 ingredients; pour batter into a greased 9-inch cake pan. Bake 30 minutes. While cake is baking, combine next 2 ingredients in a small bowl or large liquid measuring cup; set aside. Remove cake from oven; poke holes in the top with the handle of a wooden spoon. Immediately pour milk mixture over the top of warm cake, drizzling it into the holes. Chill at least 3 hours.
