This WAS a whole roast hog called Lechon. I had some far out food today. Everyone brought something. One of the most surprising was macaroni salad. It was epic in a weird way. Macaroni with mayo, condensed milk, grated carrots & pineapple!!! Wtf!? Its works. Something green I had out of a cup tasting of coconuts was fab too & Im waiting for the recipe. Not one glass of booze was served. Got there at two & left early at seven & Im totally shell shocked & wasted. They are the loudest & happiest people on earth. Surely!?
