This WORD is Soo GOOD......how GOD Realy SEES Us... His Anger Is No More “Never think that I am directing My anger toward you, says the Lord. Know that because of the blood of Christ, I have offered you My open arms instead. So never fear opening your heart to Me, for when you do, instead of judgment, My love for you will be found.” Prophetic Scripture: To me this is like the days of Noah, when I swore that the water of Noah would never again cover the earth. So now I have sworn not to be angry with you, never to rebuke you again (Isaiah 54:9 NIV). Many people’s picture of God is that He is so angry that He can hardly wait to strike everyone He meets with lightening. When someone does something wrong, you will often hear folks joke that you should get away from them before the lightning strikes! Even as Christians, who have a pretty good understanding that God loves us unconditionally, we struggle to believe that God isn’t up in Heaven at times half disgusted by some of our actions. That isn’t to say that sin doesn’t disappoint God; it’s just that God has chosen to see us through the blood of Jesus. When He sees that blood, there is nothing to be disappointed or angry about. Instead, the Lord offers His open arms. Because of Jesus’ blood, God’s anger has been abated, so instead of trying to hide from Him when you make mistakes, go to the Lord and open your heart. When you do, His love will be found and you will find that His anger is no more. Prayer: Father, I thank You that because of the blood of Jesus You are not angry with me.
