This Wednesday we have the wonderful Peter McConnell sharing information about little exercises you can do in your own home...without equipment or a PT trainer...that will help bring in health and vitality to your body. Tiny little exercises that will make a difference. Also, these exercises will help to improve your posture too! April 2nd: MOVIE NIGHT! Our first movie night! About a month ago, we had a few brainstorming nights to get your feedback on what YOU would like to have happen at YOUR Village Circle! Showing empowering documentaries was one that was voiced by each group. So, GROUNDED, will be our first movie. GROUNDED shows us the effects of electromagnetic stresses in our environment, how it effects our health and gives us little tips on how to stay grounded. We will then open up a forum after dinner, where all of us can share the techniques we use to keep grounded, centered and focused. April 16: Alicia Ryan from Happy Fit will be giving us some nutritional tips and information and then a cooking demonstration. This will be fun, entertaining and educational all in the one package! April 30: Gus will be sharing the Art and Science of Happiness with us all. Giving us lovely techniques to bring out the happiness from within. What an lineup for the next month. THEN we will be moving to having our Village Circle events once a month. Will keep you informed and give you more information on that on Wednesday night. See you there!
