April 11th& 12th *Dining & B.Y.O.B* (330 One Forty Village Road- Westminster) Blue Bistro- 410.871.0900 Dinner Hours: 5:30-8:30pm (Friday & Saturday Nights) “BYOB” *Reservations not required but always recommended* Ala Carte Dining or “3” course dinner for $28.99 To start: Asparagus Parmesan Bisque- $7 (Creamy asparagus soup topped with parmesan cheese) Baked Brie -$10 (Brie wrapped in puff pastry with butter, brown sugar, and almonds baked and served with crackers and ciabatta toast) Whole in one Caesar salad - $9 (Ciabatta toast filled with over easy egg, thick cut bacon, quick wilted spinach, cracked black pepper, Caesar dressing) Buffalo Chicken Enchilada-$9 (Fried chicken, cheddar cheese rolled into a soft tortilla shell, cream sauce, and buffalo jicima salad) In the middle: Chicken Francese Salad- $18 (Parmesan egg battered chicken, white wine lemon sauce, tomato, spinach, caper salad) Tempura Cod Fish & Mac- $19 (Flakey cod fish tempura battered and fried, creamy Swiss Mac-n-cheese, house fish sauce, and finely chopped carrot slaw) Duck Confit Tartlet- $21 (Pulled duck confit, dark chili rub, demi glace, puff pastry, goat cheese mousse, lemon bean salad) Fried Eggplant Napoleon -$15 (Breaded eggplant, sautéed spinach, smoked tomatoes, and Boursin cheese all layered high) To finish: Turtle Cheesecake-$7 (Traditional cheese cake topped with caramel, chocolate and pecans) Fried PB&J-$7 (White bread with grape jelly and peanut butter coated and dip fried topped with a sweetened milk sauce) Carrot Cake Bread Pudding $7 (Carrot cake made into bread pudding and smothered in crème cheese sauce) Cheese Plate- $7 (Sampling of cheeses, crackers, grapes, spicy mustard) Beverages: Enjoy one of the only “BYOB” establishments not charging a corkage fee!
