This adorable little guy needs HELP!! **CANTON,OHIO** FESTUS came into the Stark County OH Dog pound with his buddy,a JRT who was quickly adopted,now he is frightened,scared and very skittish,not to mention sad and alone. He is terribly shy and shows signs of being mistreated. Somewhere along the line it was rumored he bit someone so he is labeled RESCUE ONLY ,although the vols and staff have seen nothing to indicate this as fact. Is he getting a bad rap..quite possibly,so its his word against theirs n he has no voice. This poor little guy needs patience,love,time & maybe even another fur sibling. A friend of mine has spent time with him and was able to look at his teeth,pull on his ears, give him belly rubs and saw nothing but a frightened little dog in a big,loud,noisy pound thta is jam packed FULL.
