This afternoon I decided to spray for corridor of the house with bug spray. All of a sudden I stepped and the ground gave way underneath me and I was to my waste "in the ground and my legs were not touching anything below me. PANIC, sink hole stories race through my mind, I screamed but 2 neighbors were mowing and I knew no one could hear me and I began to think of snakes and rats jumping on my dangling legs. I began to pull the grass which was useless. Oh Lord help me and adreneline kicked in and my arms somehow pulled my out. Long story short the City came and looked at it since they had replaced our septic tank for sewer tap on years ago. The man told my husband that I was very lucky that it was at least 8 feet deep and are known to have snakes in them and had I fallen all the way in no one would have heard me. I say luck had nothing to do with it. God watches over his children. signed scared silly but safe
